The Fender Benders Are Back This Saturday July 19th At Fuso's!

The Fender Benders are one of the Longest Running Blues Bands out of Solano County. John Chandler (Guitar) & Hal Imbrie (Bass/Vocals) have been friends since their days at Vaca High back in the 70’s. These two started Jamming informally together in the 80’s and low and behold a Blues Band was formed. In the mid 90’s they played as a Duo for a couple years straight at Merchant & Main Restaurant and have since gone on to play as a trio for Clubs, Festivals and Parties. This band has deep roots amongst all of its members. Keith Vaughn (Drums) and Hal Imbrie played for over a decade in the very popular R & B/Funk band “Papa Joe & The Bouncers.” John & Keith both play in The Uncorked Blues Band to this day. The Fender Benders set themselves apart from the others with their authentic Jump Blues Style as well as their from the gut approach to playing Blues Grinds. Neither style is something you hear all that often, making them a unique Blues Band. Their authentic brand of blues is something you feel in your soul.
