The Rhythm Method started as a jam session for a group of friends who would get together and play music that was diverse and challenging.
It wasn't long before The Rhythm Method was performing at parties, weddings, clubs, fairs, festivals, and events from Reno, Nevada to Los Angeles, California, and all points in between.
Songs (including a few originals written by Chris Holmes) feature various forms of Rock, Jazz, Folk, Blues and Classical music styles.

Join us for some great blues and smooth jazz sounds from Hollywood Jenkins this Friday April 12th at Fuso's Italian Restaurant from 6:30pm to 9:30pm.
Robert “Hollywood” Jenkins has been well known as a San Francisco Bay area, Guitarist, Vocalist. Hollywood decided that playing music was the coolest thing that you could ever do. He moved to San Diego,Ca and started a band, Hollywood’s band opened for the legendary James Brown at the Convention Center. Thereafter, Hollywood moved to Oakland, California, in 1977, where he landed his first local gig with the Brummels Band. Soon after, Hollywood played as a side man for many musicians like the Monterey Blues Festival with Beverly Stovall, The Oakland Convention Center backing John Lee Hooker and at Yoshi’s Lounge with Ricardo Scales. Additionally, He has performed with Jimmy McCracklin, Kenny Neal, Zakiya Hooker, among others. Hollywood was featured at the KCSM Jazz on the Hill Festival, Polk Street Blues Festival, Guest performer on KGO News Talk Radio 810 AM.
Recently Hollywood Jenkins recorded a song called Hey Baby with Blues great Jimmy McCracklin to be soon released on a Major Nation wide Record Label.
Hollywood received critical acclaim in the Oakland Tribune and San Mateo County Times, newspapers, for his performance at the Alameda County fair, July 2006. Hollywood played at the Russell City Blues Festival,Hayward, the Black Diamond Blues Festival. Hollywood performs at the famous Lou’s pier 47, on Fisherman’s Wharf, San Francisco, CA.
Hollywood’s style has been influenced by many guitarists such as B B King, Albert Collins, Buddy Guy, Wes Montgomery, and Stevie Ray Vaughn. Hollywood was voted “New Blues Artist of 2007“, by the Bay Area Blues Society and most recently played Guitar on Blues Legend’s Jimmy McCracklin’s Recording of “Hey Baby”. Hollywood's own CD: Robert “Hollywood” Jenkins, which airs on KPOO Radio 89.5 FM and KPFA 94.1 FM is available on Itunes, Amazon.com etc. He still believes that performing music is the coolest thing that you could ever do!

Caleb Brinkley is a freelance Saxophonist, Flutist, and Clarinetist located in the San Francisco Bay Area. With a heart for God, music, and traveling he strives to move forward and bless people along the way. Caleb has performed in nine countries including Canada, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Mexico, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, and the United States of America. During his undergraduate study he played lead alto for the University of North Carolina at Greensboro Jazz Ensemble which performed Wessel Anderson, Joey Calderazzo, Ryan Kisor, and Ralph Bowen. Also during his undergraduate study Caleb spent a semester abroad at the New Zealand School of Music playing lead alto for the NZSM Jazz Fusion Ensemble.
Caleb has performed with the Piedmont Youth Jazz Orchestra, Greensboro Big Band, Jim Schnefel Quintet, Tommy Dorsey Orchestra, The Shrielles, and the Western Region All-State Jazz Band. With a passion for education and a love of willing students he has maintained a private studio teaching guitar, saxophone, flute, piano, and clarinet since the age of 15. In May 2009 he graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a double major in Music Education and Jazz Performance only to begin his post graduate career by performing with Princess Cruise Lines. Aboard the Golden Princess he performed in a wide variety of ensembles to include the Princess Cruise line Show Band, Jazz Combo, Latin Ensemble, and various Pop/ Top 40 ensembles.
In May of 2010 he graduated Basic Military Air Force Training and is currently performing with United States Air Force Band of the Golden West at Travis Air Force Base California. Caleb Performs with the Band of the Golden West Concert Band and “The Commanders” Jazz Ensemble. During his time in the Air Force Caleb has traveled all over the west coast to various, concert halls, high schools, venues and events. Some of these have included the Monterey Jazz Festival, Eureka Jazz Festival, Vacaville Jazz Festival, Ronald Reagan Presidential Library, and the Hollywood Bowl. The Bands have performed with artists such as Vince Gil, the LA Phil Harmonic, Carl Saunders, and the highest of Bay Area Talent.
“Closer” is the name of an original EP project released in July of 2012. In his leisure time Caleb enjoys traveling, attending church activities, spending time with friends and family, loving and blessing people along the way.

Introducing Michael Allen at Fuso's Italian Restaurant entertaining for you tonight, Friday, April 5th from 6:30pm to 9:30pm. Below is a bit about Michael. Come and enjoy the great food and music.
Michael has played for a number of years in the top-40 casino and club circuit. Starting as a drummer and then progressing to bass and lead vocals, Michael enjoys performing as a solo artist and plays a variety of music. The crowd interaction and fun times is what drives him to continue to perform at select engagements. The mix of music from 40s-50s to current is what people like about his performances, using a comic edge and creating a relaxed danceable atmosphere is what keeps them coming back. Michael now uses background tracks and precussion to enhance his vocal abilities and music variety. "The customers goodtimes and release of any stress they may have while enjoying a night out, is key in driving my performances".
