Napa Cellars ~ Merlot and Chardonnay
Napa Cellars Merlot boasts lifted aromas of toasty baking spices, vanilla, malt and fresh, ripe plums. The full-bodied wine has flavors of warm mixed berry compote with juicy blueberry, blackberry and cherry notes. Plush on the palate with a well balanced structure.
Rich, buttery, spicy and toasty, this Chardonnay boasts beautiful aromas that conjure scents of home-baked apple crisp. The flavors are lush with ripe pear, apple and a touch of tropical pineapple and guava. The wine is delicately balanced with a long and sweet toffee finish.
Michele Chiarlo ~ Barbera d'Asti Le Orme Superiore
Medium-deep ruby red in color. Nice nose with earth and red fruit aromas. Fruit-forward with ripe red fruit, especially cherry and raspberry, earth, and black licorice on the papate. Medium-bodied with crisp acidity and medium smooth tannins. Well-balanced with a long finish.
It's our Thursday Night Blue Jam and Wine Tasting with The Charlie Wade Blues Band. We never know who will drop by and play along. It's a great night of music, some great wine tasting, and good food. Beginning at an early age Roni’s
professional journey took off in musical theater and flourished throughout her
career performing with such greats as the Velvet
Fog, Mel Torme´ and jazz violinist Stephane
Grappelli. She has fronted several down-home bands most notably Mass Confusion, On The Backbeat and
Roni and the Flight. An
accomplished songwriter, 2005 marked the release of Roni’s debut CD entitled
Better Part of Me. Roni’s
resonating and sultry vocal stylings will mesmerize you.
As a former drummer/Percussionist James Begg has performed with notable artists such as Johnny Mathis, Vickie Carr, Connie Stevens, Gary Collins, and Davey Jones, jazz legends Art Pepper, Joe Pass and Jimmy Stewart. He currently can be heard all over Northern California playing keyboards and vibes and singing as a one-man show (musicmanlive.com) or with his band Gruvy2ns (gruvy2ns.com). Because of his large musical repertoire James frequently performs at Macy's stores for special events and has the distinction of being one of Macy's National Vendors, a very rare honor indeed for a musician. James has recorded 2 solo albums and has played, engineered and produced countless others.
Welcome Marla Harvey, a local jazz singer to Fuso's. She will be entertaining you with her beautiful voice tonight, December 9th from 5:30pm to 8:30pm. Come on down, have some dinner or enjoy some tasty appetizers and drinks while you enjoy the entertainment.
Bob Muzzy is an area art teacher who believes that Jazz itself is an art form. His deep, rich voice lends itself well to jazz standards and tunes from the American songbook. He accompanies himself on the guitar.

Join us for some great blues and smooth jazz sounds from Hollywood Jenkins this Saturday, February 9th at Fuso's Italian Restaurant from 6:30pm to 9:30pm.
Robert “Hollywood” Jenkins has been well known as a San Francisco Bay area, Guitarist, Vocalist. Hollywood decided that playing music was the coolest thing that you could ever do. He moved to San Diego,Ca and started a band, Hollywood’s band opened for the legendary James Brown at the Convention Center. Thereafter, Hollywood moved to Oakland, California, in 1977, where he landed his first local gig with the Brummels Band. Soon after, Hollywood played as a side man for many musicians like the Monterey Blues Festival with Beverly Stovall, The Oakland Convention Center backing John Lee Hooker and at Yoshi’s Lounge with Ricardo Scales. Additionally, He has performed with Jimmy McCracklin, Kenny Neal, Zakiya Hooker, among others. Hollywood was featured at the KCSM Jazz on the Hill Festival, Polk Street Blues Festival, Guest performer on KGO News Talk Radio 810 AM.
Recently Hollywood Jenkins recorded a song called Hey Baby with Blues great Jimmy McCracklin to be soon released on a Major Nation wide Record Label.
Hollywood received critical acclaim in the Oakland Tribune and San Mateo County Times, newspapers, for his performance at the Alameda County fair, July 2006. Hollywood played at the Russell City Blues Festival,Hayward, the Black Diamond Blues Festival. Hollywood performs at the famous Lou’s pier 47, on Fisherman’s Wharf, San Francisco, CA.
Hollywood’s style has been influenced by many guitarists such as B B King, Albert Collins, Buddy Guy, Wes Montgomery, and Stevie Ray Vaughn. Hollywood was voted “New Blues Artist of 2007“, by the Bay Area Blues Society and most recently played Guitar on Blues Legend’s Jimmy McCracklin’s Recording of “Hey Baby”. Hollywood's own CD: Robert “Hollywood” Jenkins, which airs on KPOO Radio 89.5 FM and KPFA 94.1 FM is available on Itunes, Amazon.com etc. He still believes that performing music is the coolest thing that you could ever do!
